When I journal, I also add a food log to help me in tracking the right amount of nutrients that I eat by the end of each day.
In my “Neu Favorites” Newsletter sent every Friday (sign up on the homepage), I’ve added an example of a food log entry. I add the times of the days and nights I eat as well because, the hours between each meal / snack are just important as what we eat. It also helps me to avoid foods that make me feel sluggish and eat more of the foods that make me feel great.
Food logs are great to add to your daily journaling, sometimes all we need is a little visualizing of our thoughts to stay on track. Write it out, reach your goals, improve yourself, be proud of your growth!
