Personally, I’m a huge fan of Matcha. Matcha Tea, Matcha Latte, hot, or iced cold with ice, mixed with Oat Milk, Honey, all of it. Matcha is not only delicious, but it also comes along with many benefits! It is believed to have more antioxidants than any other “super-food.”

Is matcha healthier than coffee?
Yes! Matcha and coffee both contain caffeine, but matcha has much higher levels in antioxidants and also contains the amino acid l-theanine that when consumed releases slowly in the body, giving a “calm focus” through the whole day.

If you want to reset your body from your regular coffee caffeine, then Matcha is the way to go. I have a recipe I want to share with you. I will link the Matcha Tea Powder and Milk Frother that I use to make my Matcha Teas and Matcha Tea Lattes. You will love!

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon Matcha Tea Powder

3 oz. hot water

3 oz. Oat Milk or milk of your choice

1/2 tablespoon Honey

Directions:

1.) Add the Matcha Tea Powder to 3 oz of hot water into your cup and stir the powder in until it all dissolves.

2.) Add your milk of choice and honey to your frother and froth it with heat.

3.) Pour your frothed milk into your Matcha Tea.

4.) Enjoy!!
